I made Stella Parks’ nilla wafer recipe from bravetart and my cookies all spread out so thin and became one giant cookie. I’m thinking my butter and heavy cream were too warm because she mentioned that the batter should feel like stiff cake batter but mine wasn’t really stiff. Will try again tomorrow!
