These are so yummy and my shells came out close to perfect this time. My oven hates me! 🙁
Does anyone here own a cadco unox lisa or any half sheet 120v commercial ovens? Would you recommend I get one for more consistent results since I do sell them on Etsy as well? I’ve tried everything under the sun and I’m still having problems with cracked shells, browning on top, browning on bottom(matcha flavored), hallow(the worst).
I literally squat in front of my oven and pray every time I put a sheet in.
