I get the 4 servings option and make half meat for my partner and buy impossible meat for half for myself. These Bahn-Mi bowls are a huge hit for both!
I LOVE bahn mi sandwiches but have never had meatball ones – I’m very excited to be able to make them at home now. All the flavors were fresh and mixed well, I’d just add some hot sauce/thai chilis next time.
