    # For The Bread

    * 3 large eggs
    * 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    * 1/2 cup milk
    * 2 tsp baking powder
    * 2 cups all-purpose flour
    * 1 tbsp lemon zest
    * 3/4 cup sugar
    * 1 cup blueberries
    * 1 tsp vanilla extract

    * 3 oz cream cheese
    * 1/3 cup powdered sweetener
    * 4 tbsp lemon juice

    How To Make

    1. **Prep Oven & Pan**: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
    2. **Make Batter**: Whisk 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla until frothy. Mix 2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 tsp baking powder in another bowl. Combine wet and dry, then fold in 1 tbsp lemon zest and 1 cup blueberries. Pour into pan.
    3. **Bake**: Bake 50-60 mins. Cool in pan 10 mins.
    4. **Lemon Glaze**: Mix 3 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup sweetener, 4 tbsp lemon juice. Drizzle over cooled bread. Let set before slicing.
