Yesterdays lunch. Bagel+cream cheese w/ veggies in scrambled eggs

I usually keep my first meal light so that I can have a bigger dinner but today I’m thinking of trying 3 meals that are 400 calories each. I usually fast for at least 16 hours, but sometimes I will fast for 20. I always stop eating at 7pm.

  1. wow this is inspirational! you may not have time for this but if you do, I would love to know more details on how you kept it so low! I saw about the bagel brand, which is obviously key, but now I’m wondering what kind of cream cheese is it, what’s on top of the cream cheese, how many eggs, how much oil in eggs, etc.! this really looks amazing
