As a person that generally doesnt like summer sausage, Pepper Joe’s Reaper SS is outstanding. Nice texture and flavor, not too salty like most SS, and the spice level is perfect IMO. A bit painful, but satisfying and addictive. It may cause bouts of explosive diarrhea though. All in all, highly recommend it

I refuse to buy anything from pepper joes since they sent me expired habenero ketchup and wanted me to pay to return it. While not giving me a replacement.
