Ingredients
2 heads Romaine lettuce
grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
homemade croutons
For the Chicken:
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt, to taste
freshly cracked black pepper to taste
For the Caesar Salad Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup half and half
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
Instructions
Make the Dressing: Combine all of the salad dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Set aside.
Make the Chicken: Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Pour over the chicken and toss to coat. Cook the chicken either on a grill, in an air fryer or on the stovetop using a cast-iron skillet. (see notes) The chicken is ready when the internal temperature reaches 165 °F.
Cut the lettuce and wash with cold water. Drain and dry the leaves in a salad spinner. Transfer them to a large bowl and add the dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
Slice the chicken tenders and serve them on top of the salad.

Chicken Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F and cook the chicken in an even layer for 3-4 minutes per side. Air fry in several batches so that the chicken cooks evenly.
Stovetop: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2-4 tablespoons olive oil and then place the chicken in the pan in an even layer. Cook 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and slice the chicken after 5 minutes.
Grill: Heat a grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken 2-3 minutes per side.

Hi everyone Yas to another episode of dimitra’s dishes today I’m going to teach you how to make the quick and easy version of the most delicious Caesar salad that’s going to be topped with chicken and homemade croutons that you’ve ever had it’s so easy to make you
Can get this on the table in like 253 minutes let’s get started so the first step for making the salad is to make sure that you have your croutons ready and if you haven’t watched my Crouton video you’re going to want to check it out it’ll be in the description box down
Below so make sure that you get that going cuz that’s that really takes the longest it takes about 20 25 minutes so you want to get that started so mine are baking in the oven and I’m going to now get my chicken prepared so I’m using chicken breasts today and the type of
Breasts that I’m using are the chicken tenders because as the name says they’re they just stay tender and juicy and they’re so easy to cook we don’t have to flatten them out or or anything like that I’m just going to season them with my leather lemono dressing so they’re in
A big bowl over here here I’ve patted them dry I’m going to add 1/4 of a cup of olive oil or you could add a little less because this is 1 and 1/2 lbs of chicken tenders I’ll slice this big lemon in half and then use half of the
Lemon’s juice in this because it’s going to add a lot of flavor one or two grated garlic cloves and then I’ll add salt to your liking this is to taste guys and some freshly cracked black pepper the usually the rule for salt is half a teaspoon per pound but I’ll leave it up
To you and then I’m going to add a heaping teaspoon of dried oregano toss this all together and you could set it aside for about 30 minutes so it can you know marinate and deepen the flavor once you’re ready to grill it you could either Grill it outside on the barbecue
Grill you could do this in your air fryer but I have a cast iron skillet that’s heating over medium high heat I love to cook these in the cast iron they’re ready in like 6 minutes and I also line my stove top with foil so that

Cook these for 3 minutes per side they’ll get nice and golden then I’ll transfer them to a plate if you want to check with the thermometer to see if it’s cooked you could insert a digital thermometer into the center and it should read 165° fah once you see that
I’m not doing that cuz I could really tell just by looking but you can check the temperature once it reaches 165 you can transfer them to a plate and let the chicken rest while we prepare the dressing and this dressing is so delicious there’s no raw egg in it there
Are no anchovies but it has so much delicious flavor and it tastes even better than the one that you’ll get at the restaurant so this is the the the at home cook version you guys this is not the cheffy one so don’t come at me in

It all together so now we’re going to get the the lettuce ready and of course in Caesar salad you’re going to be using Roma lettuce these are some Artisan Roma lettuce little bunches that I found found at my local Costco they’re so pretty and I just picked them up but you
Can use regular Roma lettuce that will definitely work go ahead and slice it up a lot of times when I’m making the salad I don’t even slice it I like to shred the leaves and make them kind of rustic but it is important to put them in a
Bowl that that’s already full of water just toss them around in there so if there’s any dirt between the leaves it’ll sink down to the bottom and then it’s very important when you’re making a salad with a nice dressing to get as much of the water off of the leaves as
Possible that’s why I like to use a salad spinner for this first I’m going to put it in the little drainer basket and just shake off as much of the excess water that I can then I’m just going to put it in there and press it down a
Couple of times or many times not a couple about 10 15 times to make it spin and release lots of that water as you can see so much water was released from the leaves you don’t want that mixing with your dressing cuz you’ll have a water down dressing and you won’t have

Crunchiness so I’m just going to put them on top and there you have it the salad is ready to serve just like that the Caesar salad is ready and my goodness it smells so good the grilled chicken is still so juicy even though I’m usually a fan of using a chicken
