I started at 240bs and I am currently down 50 lbs and have almost made it to my goal weight of 180. You can see where holidays, celebrations and a bachelor party fell. It goes to show You don’t need to sacrifice your social life to obtain your goals. Those days are a drop in the bucket if you stay consistent.
The only day with extremely low calories was a sick day eating soup and drinking gatorade.

This has been a rewarding experience and more achievable than I once thought. With moderation, small adjustments to recipes and no mindless snacking 1500 is completely doable of where I need to be.
