Utica Greens. Nice. Don’t hear that much on here. I lived in Syracuse back when with a girlfriend and after we broke up I moved to Western NY and ended up with a different girlfriend from Canastota (just a bit outside of Syracuse), so I know Utica Greens from them. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have a clue what they are. Kind of like tomato pie (except that’s also a Philly thing).
