The tacos themselves were good. Are they traditional? No – I’m used to regular birria as a stew usually made with goat meat & eaten with tortillas. The one critique I have is the amount of broth or consomé that I was left with after following the instructions for cooking the meat & reducing the broth – definitely not enough for dipping 1 taco.
But I’m glad I tried it.

    Had them last night. Was fire but the taco portions are just terrible. Not possible to make 6 tacos out of that pulled pork. Also added sour cream
