Me and my bf made pasta carbonara. We’ve used egg yolk, 50/50 Pecorino/Parmesan (we thought that using only Pecorino would be a bit intense), guanciale and pepper and added a bit of pasta water to emulsify the pasta. Sprinkled some Parmesan on top. Hope it looks ok 🙂

Looks good. I prefer to cut the guanciale smaller, but other like large dice.
Carbonara can change your mood… So homemood can be right too😂😂
It looks good but don’t be afraid to add more cooking water and obtain a creamier result.

It’s seems delicious but normally the recipe it’s only with pecorino, but sometimes I use Parmesan too
