Used to love it, too, until I tried nakjijeot for the first time a couple of years ago. I’m converted.

I love this stuff so much! A friend gave me a large jar and honestly it’s hard not to munch on it every time I go past the fridge.

Love ojingeojeot, nakjijeot, Gul jeot. Seujeot (like the one you usr for kimchi) but in muchim form.
There’s tohajeot which is seujeot made with fresh water shrimp. There’s galchisokjeot which is “belt fish inside jeot” my mom makes that to eat with ssam. It’s better than ssamjang. Or maybe it’s like an optional part of ssamjang. These are specialty jeot where my moms from. So they aren’t v popular.
I love myungranjeot (pink fish egg jeot) and munggaejeot (sea urchin? Jeot) but those are bit pricey so i don’t have it often.
