Hitting a little progress update to help keep myself motivated. Started January 3 at 224 pounds, and just hit the 15 pounds down mark today! I am getting a lot stronger for weight training 6 days per week, and am starting to see the results in the mirror. The 1000 calorie deficit is really doing it’s job… averaging 2.84 pounds per week to this point with an average deficit per day of 1110. And my biceps have actually grown too I’m so stoked at the progress so far. 29 more pounds to go, and feeling more motivated than ever!!
