I think I am finally cracking the code of this whole thing. My mind set is shifting from “it’s breakfast so I must eat only typical breakfast items that I don’t really enjoy with crappy macros” to “I’m going to eat what I’m craving and smash my protein goals!”

Absolutely no one said that. Eat what you want, as long as it fits in your macros.
I eat leftover tikka masala quite often for breakfast. It’s fantastic.
Huge protein in the morning is the way to go!!!
We regularly add dinner leftovers to eggs or a wrap in the morning. Definitely a more hearty, savory breakfast household!
I’ve only recently undid all the “carbs are bad for you” mentality enough to realize how amazing potatoes are for volume. So satisfying for a surprisingly low amount of calories! This breakfast looks 💯
I don’t think Nandos Pernaise sauce has zero cals 🙁 It’s essentially spiced mayo right? Would be awesome though!
