Hey all,

My wife and I moved into a house that came with this grill/stonework combo. It’s a DCS BGB30-BQR that has a smoker section, and a rotisserie. Not very well taken care of so we need to get to work. Wondering if anyone has any experience with them? Best practices for cleaning? I also had questions about the pipes shown to the right of the grill. They were wrapped in bubble wrap, maybe clay? no idea what they are.
