Onions and what I do is so what I go ahead and do is gather up some of the things that’s in the garden and this is right here is some onions so I’m just going to grab this one we’re going to give it a good little yank here okay let’s get down in

There we’re going to grab this get it out let’s see I’m going to grab both of them oh see you guys I’m going have to cut it cuz if not I’m going to mess them up so I’m going to go ahead and cut them out the ground all right cuz that wasn’t going

To work I was going to tear my onions up okay so we have here cuz onions actually got a pretty strong root okay so we got one here and one more here and shake that off so we got two nice onions that’s enough for that is enough for the meal

That I plan on cooking and then I’m going to go this way actually and over here here I have this small radish right here this is actually well I wouldn’t say small I shouldn’t say it’s small cuz not but this is a nice size radish I’m going to go ahead

And harvest this one okay this is a white radish right here and U I’m just going to harvest this one so we had here is matter of fact this might be a watermelon radish but either way it go it’s a nice size radish and then I’m going to head over

To the greenhouse because I wanted to grab something out of there so it’s always good to actually go ahead and be able to grow your very own food out your very own backyard so for all the new gardeners that’s coming into gardening enjoy the process believe me it’s a

Little rough but it it’ll be okay so we’re going to grab some spinach it was a nice day today um it was windy but it was very nice day today so that was great to to have a nice day out in the garden all right so all right as you

Guys can see I have my spinach and down here I have some celery but I’m hoping my celery gets a little bit bigger soon so I can go ahead and harvest some for juicing and I have some right here as well and then here’s that purple sicy cauliflower that’s doing great this one

Actually went ahead and opened up I just need to harvest this little this little top right here and then this one got hit by the coold I don’t understand but it still has some beautiful leaves so I’ll be cooking that up and go ahead and knocking this plant out of the

Greenhouse but last thing I wanted to go ahead and harvest is for dinner now that is a beautiful beautiful uh cabbage that I want to go ahead and harvest because it is time to harvest this one one and I’m going to show you exactly how you know it’s ready so when

Your cabbage is rock hard and as you guys can see I cannot bend this uh cabbage head at all so this cabbage head is ready now I did receive some damage to it as you guys can see right here so my little dog she decided that she

Wanted to have some so I has a little damage but all in all it is okay but even if you want to harvest some of these garlic um tops you you can and if they start putting on shoots you can Harvest those as well um so let’s go

Ahead though and knock out this cabbage right here so this beautiful cabbage you guys if you never had fried cabbage oh my gosh you was missing out but fried cabbage is delicious but we going to actually go ahead and cut it right here cut it right at the base okay cuz I plan

On leaving this head so I’m going to cut it at an angle cuz I don’t want the water to pull right here I’m hoping that I will still get another cabbage sometimes sometimes it will rot out and uh you won’t be able to get ahead but hopefully um one of these will actually

Grow me another cabbage and that is what I’m hoping for that I’ll get another cabbage um from that uh stem that I’m leaving down but you guys here’s this beautiful C cabbage oh my gosh so this is a cabbage that I’m harvesting it is a flat Dutch

It’s a beautiful cabbage it’s a huge cabbage um it can get a little bit bigger than this but this is the Cabbage that I’m harvesting it does have a little bit of damage but that is all right um we just going to peel it back and then we’re going to enjoy a nice

Ahead and peeled it back and this is what we ended up with we have a beautiful cabbage so even if your cabbage have a little bit of damage that is all right you still end up with this beautiful cabbage underneath so just peel back some of the damage and you
