I salute you for a hotsauce mini fridge. Very nice lol. The doors of my own fridge are filled with hotsauce. Now that I know this is possible I may need to look into this.

At least you keep them in the fridge. I don’t know how much sauce some y’all use that it doesn’t start loosing flavor and oxidizing before it gets finished.

As long as food does NOT touch the bottle you don’t need to refrigerate hot sauce that you expect to last about 6 months over a year of opened storage you need to refrigerate but at that point you have oxidation and the flavor is different than it was earlier.
