Dramatically lift the lid up to reveal the steamy veggies then add the chicken back in along with a heaping amount of delicious pesto homemade or store-bought top it with parmesan of course and enjoy

THANK YOU SAID IT! 🙏💯🙌Thing Is when theses people think of keto like you said they think of fried bacon 🥓 and sausages but they forget clean Keto is a thing! and it's taken me to the age of 30-31 to figure out what actually agrees with my body and I have noticed the best Results for me PERSONALLY is basically eating alot of low carb veggies and eating beef chicken and eggs/Nuts and seeds and goats cheese as regular cows cheese dosent agree with me and because of that I have to either drink goats milk or unsweetened Almond milk and that's perfectly okay with me and it might not be for another person what people NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS DIET IS NOT A ONE SIZE FITS ALL we have different bodys so we need different nutrients for them to thrive! SHOULDENT THAT BE OBVIOUS?! 🤦🤷😒🙄🤣😅 And it's nothing to be ashamed of or to be shamed for it's just A FACT! 🤦🤷 It frustrates me seeing all this ignorant diet shaming there is NO SHAME in trying to do what's best for your body and THIS IS affter lytrall YEARS of trail and era and I NO FOR A FACT this is the best way for me to eat and knowone can shame me into doing or thinking otherwise.END OF.

  2. Not doing keto right now, but my dad and I just made this and it was delicious! Only modification was we only used 1 jar of pesto and had a small side of spaghetti pasta.

  3. If eating bacon wrapped mayo takes you from 500lb to 300lb I'd say it's pretty hecking healthy.

  4. I made this dish for my family and they loved it! The only change I made was using sun-dried tomatoes in oil instead of the cherry tomatoes and adding more broccoli! 😊 🍅

    How do you calculate the calories of a homemade meal food that cooks in a sauce you won't consume? Example, Ossobuco.

    Do you still include the sauce into the calories of each serving size even though you don't consume it?

  6. One cup of broccoli is 2 net carbs, chicken zero carbs, tomatoes are also carbs that add up very quickly, and the pesto carbs add up quickly as well. If you are eating over your daily carb limit which should be 20 or less carbs a day on keto, then it’s Not keto. This meal is absolutely beautiful and delicious but when all the carbs are added up it’s Not going to be a keto meal unless eaten in a very small portion.

  7. No I don't like the skin on tomatoes have you ever tried to eat it it's like eating tape. Why do chefs always cook cherry tomatoes and leave the skin on it's disgusting

  8. Another thing is if you buy chicken tenders you have to take out that little tab that you can't chew. And why are my comments not being posted

  9. Throw in some spring onions, chilli flakes, I diced green chilli and a splash of soya sauce too and it taste so yum !
