The best dark chocolate fudge brownies
EASY homemade brownie recipe

Today I’m going to show you how to make dark chocolate brownies that are chewy gooey deliciousness this is going to be good okay to start in a bowl I’m going to add one stick or 113 G of unsalted butter that I melted and you’ll want it

To cool slightly so now I’m going to add one cup of light brown sugar I have these little packets that are measured in/ qu cup measurements and you’ll want a packed cup of light brown sugar now I’m just going to break that apart and combine it with the butter I’m going to

Give it a head start now I’m going to add 2 teaspoons of vanilla and give that a really good mix combine well so the type of brownies I’m making today I’m going to add two large eggs if you want it to be less cakey and a

Little bit more chewy fudgy and kind of thinner then I would opt to do one egg with this and adjust the ratios of the flour and cocoa powder but I’m going with two eggs because my sons kind of like it on the fudgy chewy sort of cakey

Side okay so this is mixed well and now I’m going to work on the dry ingredients for this recipe I’m using 1/2 cup of allpurpose flour a/ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and I’m just going to sort of sift it here that just helps to remove any lumps and it combines a lot

Easier when you do this so adding the unsweetened cocoa powder and I’m just going to sort of pinch salt here into this you’ll work with a half teaspoon for this recipe I’m just eyeballing it so a couple of pinches there and now I’m just going to shake it into my wet

Ingredients this helps to remove any lumps and like I said it combines the dry ingredients well and this is the cocoa powder that I’m using red Dutch processed cocoa powder unsweetened okay so that’s done I’m going to gently fold that in and you kind of have to be

Careful cuz I kind of make a mess here okay so this is combined it smells amazing by the way so now what I’m going to do is add dark chocolate I used four of these little mini bars and just chopped it up I will put the measurements of the dark chocolate

Basically you’re doing like a/2 cup of dark chocolate and it’s optional you don’t have to add it but this is what makes this just so decadent okay so I’m going to fold that in carefully and this is essentially the batter that I’m going to be using I could just eat it just

Like this but I won’t because it’s going for brownies okay so in a 7×7 in baking pan that I lined with parchment paper I’m going to add all of my batter you can definitely use an 8 by 8 in baking pan or you can double this recipe and bake in a

9×13 and I think you heard a beep earlier you want to make sure your oven is preheated to 350° F so I’m going to scrape out everything from this bowl and like I said I’m so tempted to just try this because it smells amazing and some brownie recipes call for espresso powder

Or a little bit of like coffee but this dark chocolate that I added into it it just adds wonderful flavor no espresso powder needed okay so that’s smoothed out and I’m going to bake this in a preheated oven at 350° f for about 25 minutes so while that’s baking I want to

Bring attention to a very important milestone for simply Mama Cooks today February 14th is my 10y year anniversary I have been 10 years on YouTube creating lots of homemade dishes for those of you that have followed me for a very long time know I love enchiladas I make them

All the time and there have been so many great food moments on this channel thanks to you all when I started this channel I sort of did a lot more Vlogs but then I started noticing that you appreciated cooking content and that’s what I went with I have over 1,000

Videos of homemade things that I make in my home and inspired by this lady right here my Abita my grandmother also cooking with my husband is a dream come true we work together my husband is a huge part of this YouTube channel and he’s been with me every step of the way

And he will be the first to tell you that he is my number one supporter that along with our two boys which I absolutely adore a lot of you have been with me for such a long time you’ve seen them grow on this channel and I just can’t wait to continue sharing recipes

And little moments of my life I was once a little girl that loved to cook in the kitchen with whoever would let her and now I’m a mom cooking for my family and I can’t wait to share more recipe videos with you happy 10year anniversary everyone my family and I thank you from

The bottom of our hearts okay the brownies are done so I’m going to remove them from the oven by the way you all would be proud of me for those of you again that are my longtime followers and probably watch every single video by the way a million thank yous to you know

That my oven is not super calibrated right so it’s about 8° off so I managed to put a in it to kind of gauge the temp so baking is a lot easier now so by the way that’s bacon grease I’ve been using it so I’m going to let these cool

Eventually I will take it out of the pan but it smells amazing so my brownies are probably at room temp or maybe they’re still kind of warm but I’m going to place them on this cutting board and the parchment paper works as an easy little pullout handle

For these brownies so I love love the crispy Corners like I have to take this piece so good so I’m going to let it continue Cooling and then once it’s completely cooled you can slice and serve so I want to remind you for those of you that want a larger batch of

Brownies you can double this recipe and if you want these brownies to be extra fudgy and gooey and less cakey then just use one egg instead of the two and that’s that these are so easy to make the recipe is easy to kind of remember be sure to check the description box uh

Down below for the ingredient list and some other links to my other social media handles for those of you that sort of remember when I was hacked on Facebook and I kind of gave up on Facebook because I got zero help well I’m sort of forced to start another

Facebook account it is under my name and the link is in the about section on my YouTube channel so if you want to support me there please do so there are several fake Pages Facebook pages so this is why I kind of had to start one that’s actually

Me so if you’re on Facebook you know join me there okay check this out fudgy gooey deliciousness and the tops of these brownies and the edges are my favorite part because they’re so crispy and crusty so good so happy 10year anniversary everyone glad to share this

Moment with you so I’m going to dig in I’m going to stop posing for thumbnail picks because these are so good I hope you give this recipe a try I hope you like it and thanks for watching

  2. ❤🎉Congratulations on 10 years 👏 and many blessings to you and your family always ❤🎉! I have been watching your wonderful videos since 2016! You have taught me so much about authentic Mexican food preparation 😋 and so much more! Being Mexican-Italian and not the greatest cook, you are truly a Godsend 🙏. You helped me identify my weaknesses in cooking because I can cook, but if I didn't have every single perfect ingredient, I would get discouraged and just order a pizza😂! You're a true Zen master of substitution and never sacrificing flavor!!! Thank you so very much for sharing your gifts and recipes. Here's to 10+ more years!! PS, your Chicken in mole in the crockpot is one of my all-time favorite tutorials! I almost cried when I ate my first bite of a delicious meal [that I prepared] that forever eluded me. I no longer have to bug my Tias, primos, and even ex in-laws for that plate😂! God bless you 🙏.

  7. That is basically the recipe I use! Needs pecans tho, pecans make it awesome, crush em up and toss em in! If you like pecans that is and have no nut allergies of course.
