Lately, I’ve been drawn into the beautiful and complex process that’s called Ice Cream Making at home. There are some awesome Ice Cream Calculators out there on the internet, but I wanted to better understand the ingredients and their influence on the final product. So I built myself a calculator to compose and check different styles of ice cream.

Wow, I will check it out later on my laptop. I had to build my own because I don’t have windows and the only other browser-based calculator (Dream Scoops) is pretty limited. Still I’m by no means an expert so I’m always happy to see another source.
