    Breakfast – poached eggs, avocado, mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, oil and vinegar. Lunch – sweet potato with cashew butter & hemp seeds, radish, microgreens, broccoli, cottage cheese, blueberries. Dinner – leftover beef stew, radishes. Snack – dark chocolate, banana. I had the granola bar earlier in the day.

    Edit: my husband is diabetic and I cook for both of us. The only place with big subs is the beef stew – I used almond flour to dredge the beef and I subbed mushrooms for potatoes.

    Everything looks so good! I recently tried radishes for the first time and they are….spicy lol. What’s your favorite way to eat them?
