I’m going to show you how to make a tzatziki sauce I’m going to show you how I really cook I don’t really use a recipe I just use base ingredients and then I taste test as I’m make the sauce to see if it is to my liking start with

One cup of soy yogurt salt and pepper garlic powder and dill weed and then one large cucumber and some lemon juice start by peeling my cucumber and dicing it I’m just adding the Cucumbers ins adding a little bit of all of the seasonings the dill you’re going to want

To add quite a bit of that’s what gives tzatziki sauce its distinct taste then I’m just slicing up the rest of the Cucumber however much I can fit in that jar is what I’m going to put in there that’s pretty much done
