Hey it’s time to dish with d that’s me that’s the geese and welcome to today’s video it is what I eat in a day on Weight Watchers 23 points a day for the lady over 50 these are some of the things that I’ve eaten in the past week

Some breakfast some lunch some dinner some snacks and several tastings that is right things you might be thinking of trying I see something that seems interesting I get it I try it I I’ll give you my two cents on it you may agree you might disagree that’s okay

But you just never know sometimes you’re looking for somebody else’s opinion and I’m here to give you that so without further Ado let’s roll some of that food footage I like to show you a quick mini healthy haul I got at my local store today few things were on sale like these

Balinsky chicken sausages in Cajun they’re two points each look at the size of these they are fantastic check out the balinsky brand I got a butter ball turkey breast zero points I cook this up and slice it down for lunches trua was on sale I don’t mind this I actually

Think it’s pretty good you go up to two tablespoons for one point one teaspoon will be zero and know don’t want to count it my favorite mini bell peppers my favorite carrot chips these are way better than baby carrots trust me on that one this was on sale as well

The iror turkey smoke sausage half the fat it is four points for onethird link of this so third of this for one point I think that’s decent for a little kabasi thing I’m no Obsession I can’t do lettuce so green leaf is my jam and these I’ve never seen these These are

Lesser evil snack pack in white chocolate strawberry organic popcorn it’s for Valentine’s Day they’re three points each oh I’m all in for strawberry white chocolate so worth three points for me so that is my little healthy snack off from my local shop right today go check out your store for these ler evil

Popcorns we’ll have to do a tasting this week stay tuned having a little girl lunch on my Uber home plate I have two points of dip don’t ask me I can’t remember I know it’s two points it is one of those simply something with yogurt I know I think it’s avocado ranch

Cucumbers radishes and carrots for zero a hardboiled egg with some horse Irish mustard for zero a three point cheese stick and one point of dely turkey so this is a 25 six point lunch on my Uber plate I have a 10% off this cute little divided

Flour and protein powder in here with water baking powder little bit of Trilla and some cinnamon and a little bit of some maple syrup on top so points wise I think it’s around three points for this it’s a nice plate of food I don’t know it doesn’t feel very they feel very

Flimsy so this could be a work in progress but let me give it a taste all right let’s taste our pancakes they’re thinner than I wanted them to be I should have put an egg I wanted to do that and I don’t know I think I don’t

Have many eggs left so I didn’t want to waste it but I think that would have helped a little bit what they look like they don’t look bad they’re very moist which is weird it’s just flour protein pancake makes water baking powder um monk fruit and cinnamon not bad I mean

Honestly I mean I’d eat the um it’s half the amount of protein powder so I think it’s the serving was 24 g of protein so it it be 12 g of protein hly they’re not bad I mean not going to lie they’re not bad I mean they’re kind of I like them B

Kodiak let’s put it that way they’re not that earthy taste they’re really I did use a um a casin protein versus a whey protein cuz I hear that that’s better for baking so that’s why I have that I think it’s good I may have still

Have to add that egg and see how that does but I’m going to go enjoy my breakfast lunch today is three points I have three of the easy oats Street Taco style wraps let me grab them over here for you and show you them three or two points 45 calories I have

One point of deli turkey slip between the three and some lettuce so it is three points for these and I have some jack fruit that I got from Trader Jo’s it was plain I added some hot sauce that some G uses I can’t remember what it was it was

The PO Pollan or Teriyaki or chili chili for zero points so this is zero point little jack fruit I don’t know that um J’s out on the jack fruit I don’t hate it don’t love it it’s it’s just okay zero points I’m willing to try it and

I’m will to finish it it’s not bad I would give it you know maybe a three out of five it’s interesting definitely interesting so I’m going to go enjoy my little lunch today time for another tasting what do you tasting today D the Lesser evil brand sweetheart pop organic

Popcorn in white chocolate strawberry flavor vegan organic gluten-free and it comes in eight bags for Valentine’s giving so it is three ww points and 70 calories super excited about this I knew I’d love it I love Lesar Evil’s popcorn it’s pop to Perfection number one number two the flavor is

Spot-on it’s not really heavy it’s just the perfect balance four and a half out of five got this at my local store shop right go find yours dinner tonight was a little pasta with a sausage and some spaghetti squash I think about it uh my pasta was three

That’s not that big honestly a little sweet treat M it’s a little Mexican short bread that’s pretty good and for the if you have the five cookies it’s only 150 calories which I don’t think is bad but it’s a nice option for cookies good job C breakfast is this morning is peanut

Butter and jelly I have a Trader Joe’s gluten-free English muffin for Five Points one serving of pb2 crunchie for one and a serving of um Chia smash I’ll be honest I’m not a huge fan of the Chia smash it’s just not as thick as I would like it’s it’s

Okay I mean I wouldn’t buy it again but it’s great it comes as it came a little pack you can just try one that is one point as well I like making my own Jam actually it’s not that hard so for seven points that is my breakfast this morning

All right getting a little girl lunch in I’m having that turkey that I roasted about 4 oz my veggie side with peppers cucumbers radish carrot chips zero points a three-point cheese stick a z point heart of palm and two points of the simple avocado ranch I think it is it’s

Tropical flavors a little container of the no sugar uh pineapple tidbits drained a little bit of a banana like a half left some blueberries a teaspoon of pumpkin a teaspoon of sunflower a teaspoon of crushed hemp a tablespoon of slivered almonds from Trader Joe’s they are one point

Everything else is a zero point amount so technically this is a twoo burer bowl but I will give it three points maybe even four because of all the toppings they’re all zero point amount but you you could technically add a couple more but you don’t have to wait

This morning I get my mouth to open is another avocado toast three points bread two avocado and I have a two point balinsky sausage Cajun I think it’s Cajun and and a fried egg so it is seven points you might think that that is high

But I think it’s worth it to enjoy this delicious breakfast this morning breakfast this morning is my ever famous overnight oats it is a half a cup of oats for three points one cup of vanilla premiere for one um one teaspoon of chia seeds and third

A cup of non-fat Greek yogurt I did put a teaspoon of matcha powder so these are caffeinated oats you can tell they’re green so yes did top it with my teaspoon of crushed hem teaspoon of papitas and teaspoon of sunflower seeds that is going to be my breakfast this morning

There are all zero points I didn’t go for the tablespoon went with the teaspoon so it is a four point right four point breakfast for me this morning we could dig into this going to have a little protein a little caffeine cuz that’s how we roll here to dig in looks

Like it should be for St Patty’s Day time for a healthy grocery haul with a Lenton spin to it you know what lint means fish so I did get some wild CAU flounder fillets some wild cut Whiting filets I’ve never had these let me know if you have I’ve never had

  3. My favorite protein pancake recipe is from Remington James:
    180 g. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    92 g. Egg whites
    54 g. Funfetti pancake mix
    33 g. Vanilla Protein powder
    Add a little water to reach the right consistency. Makes 2 servings. These are so good! You can switch out the pancake mix for buckwheat flour, ground oats, etc. but add a half teaspoon of baking powder if you do.

  4. I JUST found Lesser Evil popcorn myself 🤩…..I was AMAZED! Haven’t tried anything except the Himalayan GOLD (it’s “buttered” version) but I’m thrilled with that for the moment. Probably the BEST bagged popcorn I’ve ever had👍
