Let’s make this salted caramel apple bark start by making the caramel cook sugar and water in a saucepan until the mixture turns Amber and then add cream stir until smooth and add butter and salt set aside to cool next melt semi-sweet chocolate then smooth it out

Evenly on a quarter size sheet pan layer it with pretzels and layer with cold salted caramel one Granny Smith apple cut and a half inch chunks then finish with a drizzle of chocolate refrigerate for a couple of hours cut into small pieces and enjoy

  1. I have concerns about those apples if not eaten immediately or at least coated in lemon juice to prevent browning, not saying it'd be inedible just not as visually appealing

  2. I'm going to see if I can keto-ize this recipe. I think I can do it by making the caramel with monkfruit sweetener & of course draping the chocolate chips for the zero sugar kind. Awesome
