    recipe: cheddar block

    method:

    cut cheddar into squares 3mm heigh.

    fry in pan on medium heat until starting to brown.

    flip over and repeat on other side

    place on kitchen roll sheet to cool down

    Ugh, keto was great before my HS. Sucks not having Dairy. Makes it hard to get my fats. Avocados/Eggs/Peanut Butter for the win. Also fake vegan cheese is terrible.

    Place them on Baking paper on a tray and put them in the oven @ 250 f or 120 c for 35/40 mins. No need to turn. Take them out and let them cool at room temp. Great snack.
