Feel good you want to Kickstart your weight loss Journey so before I go into like exactly what I was doing I want to emphasize that this is more of a quick fix if you’ve got a lot of weight to lose or you want like a long-term method
This video probably isn’t for you I don’t think this method is very healthy and it’s probably not the most sustainable option so I’ll definitely say don’t use this as a long longterm method it’s just more of a short-term quick goals quick success kind of so
Guys let me just get started so what I did in a nutshell was cut solid foods I was on a liquid only diet meaning I was only having smoothies and soups in my head it was a quick equation of liquid diet means less intake of food less
Intake of food means weight loss that’s literally the equation I followed and I thought I’m going to lose some weight I don’t know how much weight I’m going to lose but I know I’m going to definitely feel better I didn’t count calories or anything like that I’m the type of
Person the moment I start counting calories now all of a sudden I’m eating more so I don’t really do any of the calories counting stuff I care more about how I look and how I feel than what the scale STS if I’m honest but obviously I wanted to track to see like
How I was losing the weight I just F if it’s liquid it should be less than what I’m eating anyway so I should hopefully see some results which I definitely did bit of background about me I wouldn’t say I struggle with weight loss but I feel like my weight fluctuates I’ve got
A little bit of bodyless morphia so in my head I could think I’m really big and then I’m actually not that big the moment I lose a bit of weight I’m thinking oh no I don’t want to be slim evil like I’m just all over the place at
Times but that’s why you just need to love yourself guys love yourself when you’re big love yourself when you’re size 20 size eight size 10 love yourself at all stages and it all should be fine at the end of the day we do know some weights are just not healthy so I feel
Like I was going more towards the unhealthy side this was literally just before my holiday to Ghana I think that was August September I put on weight before I went and I knew I knew that in Ghana I’m going to be eating eating eating so I thought okay cool I’m going

To do a liquid only diet guys firstly you need discipline as in I’m not going to lie I had no cheap days I didn’t even really think about food because I knew this weight had to come off my body ASAP I didn’t have a goal in mind but I just
Wanted to lose as much weight as possible if you’re not ready to be disciplined this is probably not the diet for you but if you are then jump on board I’ve got recipes at the end of the video for you guys write down your why
Right I want to lose X in one week I want to lose X in 3 weeks I want to you know what I mean like write down what you want to and before you start this guys I would say go shopping first breakfast was smoothie lunch was Soup
Dinner was smoothie I’m going to show you guys like a few of the ingredients I had I’ll probably put on the screen somewhere on Snapchat I’ll think you posting my smoothies every day a lot of people were telling me eill like what is that why you drinking that but in my
Head I knew what I was doing I knew that it would probably pay off and I’m not going to lie smoothies for me Isn’t a punishment like I actually like smoothies get your kale Get Your Spinach get your apples get your protein powders get whatever you need before starting
This because if not you’re going to be tempted real quick if all you’ve got in your fridge is rice and yogurts and pasta that’s what you’re going to have the moment you slip up and you’re out of fruit and veg it’s smoothie soups and water I was drinking a lot of water even
Until now I have at least 2 lers of water a day I Ed a bevel blender and I got that from Amazon it comes with two cups and a really good blender as well you can use any blender you have don’t feel like you need to buy a new blender
For this I had it for a while so I thought yeah we back on our smoothie stuff and I’ve been having smoothie since like uni so I actually do enjoy smoothies so you can Lally pre-o your smoothies if you want to I kind of don’t
Like doing that I kind of like doing it fresh so if you don’t have that much time definitely pre- make it put one in the fridge so you know soon as you come home you’re not faffing around and like cutting things up is already done for you so there’s literally no excuse not
To be consistent with this guys my sister actually said one of them tastes like it was from the supermarket so yeah I’m very proud about my smoothies yeah some of the ingredients I had was kale spinach chai seeds bananas normal or frozen bananas me personally I preferred
Frozen bananas cuz it makes it thicker and it gives it like a better taste in my opinion then we’ve got frozen mixed berries you can literally get that from Little AI Tesco like get it from anywhere and that kind of saves you money as well you don’t have to buy your
Strawberries and your blueberries and all of that separate but if you wanted to to make it more fresh you could cucumber guys cucumber mix it tastes so good avocado in there celery green apples blueberries chai seeds like a mattech or super green powder from Holland Barett as well you can get
Anything like that in your smoothie I feel like you shouldn’t be Harding yourself literally anything you want to put in there put in there at the end of the day you’ll probably consuming less than you would have if you were having like pizza rice all of that kind of
Stuff I’m also going to put in this video some of the smoothies that I made and how looked and yeah I was really excited like every day you can have like a new smoothie so make it fun for yourself don’t make it boring don’t make
It feel like a chore in terms of liquids I never really put water in my smoothies it would always be like almond milk or semi- skimmed milk almond milk is probably healthier me I just used whatever I had so as you guys can see from the thumbnail a lot of my weight
Was lost on my back and also my belly I feel like the weight was lost overall but I saw it significantly on my back what I do regret is not believing that I was actually going to lose the weight I did but I didn’t if I did I would have
Taken better before and after point isn’t to hate the smoothies or to be angry as you’re making your smoothie make smoothies that you like even if you’re having the same smoothie every day if you like that do that i was having a lot of green smoothies because
I actually like the taste of it I’ve also written down a few of the smoothies that I’ve had so I’ve had spinach I would also put cucumber in there not too much cucumber though maybe like a quarter so you know how it’s quite long maybe like a quarter of the cucumber in
There or just like a handful it just depends on like how much you want the smoothie cup isn’t that big anyway so if you overdo it that’s all you’re going to have like you can’t what else are you going to do so don’t everdo it but yeah
Half a green apple sometime lemon juice in there I normally put milk in semi skimmed milk or I would use almond milk because almond milk is healthier but it just depends on whatever I had to be honest always put like a frozen banana in just because I thought like that
Improved the texture of my smoothies so i’ call that smoothie like a green smoothie another smoothie I had was like a berry smoothie so that had spinach it had frozen berries from Aldi or little also put bananas in there and some almond milk so that was quite a nice one
I don’t think I’m a big big fan of the Frozen Beres one to be honest I think I like the green one more and then guys for lunchtime so whilst I was doing this I was still working so the days I went into the office was like a Tuesday on
Thursday I didn’t tell my colleagues I was doing this because everyone would have told me like why you look fine like what are you doing that’s not safe and all of that kind of stuff the days when I went into the office I would kind of
See it as a cheat day and before you guys get too excited cheat day is in I would have like a soup from it I think the superp I hide was a chicken and coconut soup I’m going to put it on the screen somewhere for you guys to see
Only had it about four times within this diet and yeah guys it was really good I looked forward to those days I can’t lie I think there has a bit of rice in there as well it’s still classified as a soup so don’t go don’t go to extreme bringing
Soup from home into the office and microwaving it I don’t know I didn’t really like that Vibe so yeah I used to get soup from itsu other kind of soups I typically had for lunch or for dinner was from Sainsbury’s so now looking on sab’s website I can see there’s so many
Other types of soups literally available but the ones I had was like chicken broth soup carrot and coriander guys I don’t know where or who I thought I was when I had that one that wasn’t it so I wouldn’t really recommend that one there was like a Moroccan style chickpea soup
As well I just played around with the flavors really I just tried anything I even tried a lentil lentil do D lentil something like that I also had that soup as well and it was quite nice and guys the weight was literally falling off I can’t lie like I was weing myself like
Every two days thought like every day would have been excessive so if you do try this and you don’t lose any weight please don’t beat yourself up probably doesn’t work for everybody but for me it definitely did work so I would say give it a try or maybe try just one week for
Example cuz two can be quite a bit make sure you’re not drinking any soda fizzy drinks soft drinks strictly just water try and have about 2 lers of water a day unfortunately for me I have put some of the weight back on because I’ve been on
Holiday and I’ve been eating and it was a festive season I would definitely say it did work I felt a lot better I felt lighter now I’m back in the gym I wasn’t in the gym for the whole of 2023 because I said I don’t want to be and I don’t
Have to be I’m going to be in the gym three to four times a week hopefully today I’m even wearing my gym shirt top as you guys can see make sure when you do start going to the gym you have some cute clothes that inspires you to go to
The gym that makes you want to dress up for the gym that’s definitely what I’m going to be doing I’ve got some fleeces as well I also Incorporated even though I said no gym I did do some workouts on YouTube I did these exercises when I had
The time to there’s a lady on YouTube called Lucy and her workouts are like 7 minutes so I’m going to link it down below for you guys a lot of people were saying 7 Minutes workouts won’t be effective but I think it was and I’m sure it probably did help in combination
With like my liquid D and then also so walking guys walk where you can instead of taking the bus maybe two stops walk the two stops instead of taking the lift at work I was walking up the stairs walk as much as you can don’t just rely on
The liquid diet so hopefully this video gave you a bit of insight into what I did to lose the weight also guys just to remind you this is not a sustainable way this is not the healthiest weight so be careful while you’re doing this if you ever feel faint or like weak please
Maybe just eat something or like have a smoothie or have an apple yeah maybe have fruit or veg don’t eat like an natural meal but like have fruit or veg take a break and then come back to it if you need to have an accountability partner tell your sister tell your dad
Tell your brother tell your boyfriend tell whoever that you’re doing this no treats no sweets no nothing okay because you need to remember why you’re doing this and I think that’s why I didn’t cheat once but let’s say if you do feel it you’re getting tempted and you do
Cheat don’t feel like it’s the end of the world don’t feel like you have to stop the diet next day back to consistency I wish you guys all the best I’m sure some people will lose a lot more weight than I did some people might lose less don’t feel discouraged just
