Hey y’all welcome back to my channel and welcome if you’re new my name is Courtney I’m a stay-at-home homeschooling mom and I focus on food and kitchen content today is a grocery haul I do those every single Tuesday and then on Saturdays I always do cooking videos and sometimes on Thursday I’ll

Greatek turkey meatballs lemon garlic chicken and sausage green bean and potatoes these are all meals my family loves they adore they’re easy they’re economical they’re filling they’ll put a smile on your face um and so they meals that I wanted to share this week just things that my family loves um we were

In the mood to have some of these they sounded really good and plus I’m using up a few things that I had on hand as well I’ve got a ton of sausage in my freezer y’all so much it’s ridiculous anyway let’s go ahead and jump right on

Into that big haul I have for y’all today all right friends I have everything laid out on the counter it is so much this week so uh first of all I went to HB and I spent $33 I went to Sam’s Club and I spent 32 and some

Change we’re going to call it 33 and then at Walmart I spent 66 um I just round up on these totals just to make it easier to do some Mental Math so that is a grand total of 166 which is um iffy um it’s better than I have done in the past

But it’s not as good as I did last week but I did get some healthier stuff and I got more stuff so I guess that kind of accounts for it anyway let’s just Dive Right In shall we let’s start down here at HB first off some

Purple eggplant I got two of them they are $128 per pound so I paid $221 for those I got some egg whites for some breakfast next week I like a good egg white feta cheese spinach um omelette it’s simple it’s healthy and I am trying to kind of incorporate some healthier

Stuff in my diet this year so I’m going to start making those for breakfast this week just to kind of get me off on the right foot in the morning it’s 262 for the small container of egg whites back here I’ve got some coconut milk that is

My preferred milk of choice um I don’t drink regular milk I can’t drink regular milk I usually will do some almond milk but my favorite is coconut milk I just love the flavor this was there was a coupon for this brand it’s an HB brand it was

$270 I picked up some tahini cuz I’m completely out and I need some to make some Lebanese food this weekend this was $448 I got some cilantro right here for 47 and then I got four Bunches of parsley for $264 I picked up these true fruit it’s

HB this week cuz there was no really great sales at Market Street um but I did need to grab this for the Lebanese food it’s $8.99 is very expensive but man it makes the difference it really does uh up here I I got a big bag of Roma tomatoes those are

$165 and then behind them you can’t really see it there’s a bag with two Pano peppers in there for $149 and that rounds out my purchases my purchases for HB it wasn’t a ton of stuff uh here is my Sam’s Club haul just this little strip right here I went mostly for the

Two things at the end so up here I’ve got two heads of cauliflower they’re 228 each I got some of these what are they called candy dreams grapes they’re limited edition they were $82 I got a big bag of it’s just fresh peeled garlic it’s what I used to make

My comfy garlic that is $9.98 and then I got some avocado oil I used to use olive oil but it has gone up so much in cost I switched to avocado oil which works great as well uh that was also $9.98 so those were my purchases at Sam’s Club

All right finally that leaves Walmart which is where I got the bulk of my stuff all right let’s dive on in I got four cans of this Mac and and cheese for my kids it’s $124 a can some Arman Hammer double duty litter deodorizer for

$4.98 I got some markers for $4.98 and a sketchbook for 228 I got this little air freshener I usually like the rits in there for my closets just cuz like you know the do stay shut most of the time so I like to put a little air freshener in there but

I could find no Ren itss at HB or at Walmart it was the strangest thing so I picked this up never used it before hopefully it’s good it was $3 it’s cheaper than the um the fze which was the only other like set it and forget it

Kind of air freshener I could find at the store so yeah this was $3 I picked it up I got some hair gel for my husband for $3.98 some mayonnaise I really wanted to get some Dukes if I’m not buying it at Sam Club anymore I wanted to start

Buying Dukes again cuz I do like that brand better but they had nothing besides this and what is it best plate I always want to say it’s helmet but I think it’s best plate that was it there was nothing else in the store so I just

Got this because I do cook with this and do stuff with it and I didn’t want to run out so it’s just easier for me to grab some I got both sweet and dill relish they’re $188 each and then some stone ground mustard back there for12

Also picked out these flavor blasted extra cheddar goldfish for 2.64 and then Camden asked for these these Cosmic Brownies he loves these we hardly ever get them anymore however he just had a bunch of stuff done at the orthodontist and his mouth is super sore

Easy with a couple of things one of them is grape jelly cuz my family loves it and the other is beans cuz I kind of just felt like those were two very simple things just to kind of get my feet feet wet so I’m going to do that
