Ingredients:12-15 servings
5qt water
2 tbsp salt
1 onion
1 lemon
1 boil in a bag
1 tbsp shrimp boil concentrate
4 corns
2 lbs baby potatoes
5 lbs shrimp
Crab legs (optional)
Infused butter
2 lbs (8 sticks) unsalted butter
2 lbs sausage
Minced garlic(3 heads)
5 tbsp paprika
6 tbsp lemon pepper
Cayenne pepper I used 1/4 cup
1/4 cup old bay seasoning
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 cup broth
1 serving of love💕

Hey guys today I’m going to share with you how to make the most easy and delicious shrimp oil so if you’re ready let’s get started all right guys so here I already have all of my ingredients as always they will be listed in the description box so with that being said
Let’s begin cooking all right guys so first we’re going to begin by adding 5 quarts of water to our pot to that we’re going to be adding 2 tbspoon of salt one onion one lemon boil in a bag and 1 tbsp of shrimp and crab boil concentrate TR
Okay we’re just going to allow it to come to a boil once the water comes to a boil we’re going to add our corn we’re going to give it a head start so they can begin cooking so allow it to cook for 10 minutes okay and after 10 minutes we can add our
Potatoes and we’re going to allow them to cook for 15 minutes or until they’re nice and tender okay so once the potatoes are nice and tender we’re going to remove it all from the pot okay so once we’re done with our corned potatoes we’re going to reserve 1 cup
And a half of the broth and now we’re just going to move it to the side so we can work on our infused butter okay so before we make our infused butter I’m going to be cooking my sausage and this is the one that I like to
Use I’m just going to be cooking it for about 5 minutes okay so once that’s done we’re going to remove it from the skillet okay so now we’re going to be melting 2 lbs of butter and make sure that you have it over medium heat and I’m just skimming
The top layer of the butter okay and after skimming the butter we’re going to be adding our minced garlic I’m using three heads just going to give it about 30 seconds okay and after 30 seconds we’re going to add all of our spices so here I have the paika lemon
Pepper Cayenne depending on how spicy you want it and it depends on how many tablespoons you’re going to use we have our old based seasoning Cajun seasoning onion powder and brown sugar so just mix it so once you mix it all in we’re going to squeeze the juice of one lemon
Okay we’re going to add our reserved broth and just allow this to come to a simmer okay once it comes to a simmer we can add our shrimp and the shrip is going to cook very fast so give it about 3 to 4 minutes and I’m using 5
Lbs of colossal shrimp so now we just mix it up together allow the shrimp to cook while my shrimp is cooking I’m also going to be cooking my crab legs the water is nice and boiling we’re just going to allow it to boil for 4 minutes okay and after 4 minutes my
Shrimp is done so we’re going to turn it off and get it ready to transfer it with the rest of our stuff okay and after 4 minutes our crab legs are done as well so transfer them to the mix okay so pour the shrimp over just try to mix it all together so
That the potatoes and the corn get covered with the mix all right and just like that we can get ready to enjoy all righty guys and now for the best part the taste test now of course you want to enjoy this as soon as you’re done putting it together you
Want to enjoy it when it’s nice and hot and you can serve it you know in bags or just store in the table and just have everybody you know enjoy it like that but either way you choose to enjoy it I promise you it’s seriously the best so I

Hola Claudia. When I found out that you finally had a book out I immediately bought it but, to my dismay it did not include some of the recipes in your videos. 😢
That ain’t no boil. Use seasoning in your water and you wouldn’t have to add that butter paste in the end. Another tip is to not cook your corn for 25 min. Add the corn in after you turn the burner off and let soak.

I’m sorry for the sauce you have 2 diff measurements instructions one says 2 tbs of each and on the description you have 5 tbs of some. I’m confused lol
