Had this drink at a fancy cafe In London called El & N.
It was called a Pistachio Spanish Latte and the menu describes it like below.
Pistachio Spanish
House espresso, condensed milk, steamed milk, pistachio paste
Not sure if this is Spanish or not but it was delicious and would like to recreate it. I have a Nespresso machine for coffee and a nutribullet.
Any ideas on how to make it, the Pistachio paste is a bit vague. Would Pistachio butter work?
Btw, we had cold milk, not steamed because we wanted a cold drink.
