1.1 pack baby potatoes
2.3 eggs
3.Half yellow pepper finely chopped
4.Half red pepper finely chopped
5.Handful fresh coriander/parsley finely chopped
6.Half a cup diced bacon
7.Oil for frying
8.3 tbsp 1000 island salad dressing
9.4 tbsp mayonnaise
10.Lemon and black pepper seasoning for taste

Hello beautiful people welcome to my YouTube channel on today’s video we are making potato salad and I can guarantee you this is the most delicious salad that you will ever eat let’s get right to the video to make this delicious salad we are of course going to need

Baby potatoes which are unpeeled and cut in half we’re going to need three eggs which we’re going to boil I’m going to need some yellow pepper as well as some red pepper which I chopped finely we’re going to need some fresh herbs um I used coriander and also we are

Going to need some diced bacon some oil for frying the bacon a thousand island salad dressing we are going to need some mayonnaise and lastly we are going to need some lemon and black pepper seasoning To get started with this process we’re going to first start by boiling some water in a big pot and then I’m going to add my three eggs which I’m going to boil for about 15 minutes foreign potatoes which I have already cut in half there is absolutely no need for you

To cut them like already however this is how I did it boil the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are soft in a pan I’m going to heat up some oil once the oil is hot I am going to start frying my bacon this is going to take

Just a few minutes like two to three minutes to fry and then as soon as I’m done with this I am going to place it I’m in a bowl to keep it full when mixing The potatoes as well as the eggs are also now cooked and I have chopped my eggs accordingly is a welcome and then now I am going to proceed to start mixing as you can tell I am now eating my mayonnaise into a big bowl followed by my Thousand Island um salad dressing

After eating my thousand island salad dressing I am going to season the sauces with my lemon and black pepper seasoning and then I’m going to start mixing everything together side note I’ve seen that this mixture is also nice like it goes nicely with some sandwiches or some homemade burgers

Maybe you can try it out next time now that I’m done mixing sauces I am now adding all the extras that I have um I’ve added my bacon my herbs my um eggs as well as my fresh coriander as soon as all that is mixed nicely as
