Oatmeal bulked with cauliflower for breakfast, a salad and half a biscuit for lunch, and whatever that was that I made for dinner LOL. Had the yogurt and banana for dessert.
Overall, super proud of myself for sticking to my calories despite there being biscuits in the house today-
Last time we had biscuits, I binged big time, but due to some advice some people on here gave me, I have had zero inclination to binge on them this time 😀

I really don’t mean to sound rude or assuming, but in full honesty, this looks much less than 1200 calories to me. Which meals were the most calorie dense? Genuinely asking to understand more. Maybe I’m just used to volume eating.
