These were so yummy! Thanks for the request โค๏ธ๏ธ

I used the recipe linked below…. I cut it in half.

Link to recipe: https://www.cravingsomecreativity.com/sausage-ricotta-and-spinach-stuffed-shells/

Recipe:

1 package jumbo pasta shells 16oz
4 cups ricotta or cottage cheese
12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Eggs lightly beaten
4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 cup parmesan grated or shredded is fine
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
4 cups spinach rough chopped and stems removed if you prefer
1 lb ground Italian sausage or ground beef
dried parsley for garnish
*any other seasonings you might want to add

In a skillet over medium heat brown and crumble your meat.Drain any excess fat and remove from heat. In the same saucepan, cook spinach until wilted or about 1-2 minutes. Cook the shells according to package directions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, 8oz of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of parmesan, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir in the spinach.
Coat the bottom of a 9x13in pan with the entire jar of spaghetti sauce. ( I saved a little to spoon over the top) .Spoon the cheese mixture into the shells and place shells open side up, very close together in the dish. There will be more shells than will fit into this pan and you can either make a second smaller pan (5×8 is good) or freeze for future use. Sometimes the shells also break in the box so this is fine.

Sprinkle your meat over the top of the shells. Then sprinkle with the remaining 4oz of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. If you like a cheesy crust, you may broil it uncovered for 3-5 minutes (watch closely). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Hi guys so someone requested a girl someone requested a stuffed pasta shell recipe so here it is now to start off you’re gonna brown your meat if you prefer to use like Italian sausage go for it but I’m not a big fan so I like to use regular ground beef and you want

To Brown your ground beef and drain it then you want to add some seasonings I used garlic powder onion powder red pepper flakes some oregano pepper and I think I threw in like some garlic and herb seasoning after your meats done you want to take it out of your pan put it

In a bowl and set it aside now to that same pan you want to go ahead and saute up a little bit of minced garlic and then you want to add in some fresh chopped spinach I didn’t chop mine wasn’t thinking but you definitely want to chop it now we’re

Gonna let this cook down I could add it more I should have added more but it turned out great now for the filling we’re gonna take some ricotta cheese an egg some mozzarella cheese and some Parmesan cheese some oregano and salt and pepper and then we’re going to add in our

Spinach and garlic now we’re going to mix this well and this is our filling for our shells so for the shells you know you just want to boil them in some water follow the directions on the box until they’re al dente now to your pan that you’re gonna

Cook your shells in you want to go ahead and add a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom make sure you don’t cook your shells too long so if they’re too soft they’ll just rip apart so al dente is perfect but basically you’re gonna take a spoonful of filling and stuff it

Inside the shell that’s it I like for them to look neat so see how cute that is a big spoonful is a perfect amount for each shell and these are jumbo shells by the way so after I got on my shell stuff I’m gonna go ahead and just sprinkle my meat

On top if you want you can go ahead and mix the meat in the filling but I just prefer to sprinkle it on top and then I’m gonna go ahead and add some marinara sauce to the top this is homemade marinara sauce if I haven’t posted that

Recipe already I will promise now I’m gonna sprinkle on a blend of I think it’s like five Italian cheeses and then also some mozzarella next we’re going to put it in the oven to bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and when it’s done it is delicious I really hope you enjoy

This recipe thank you for requesting it yeah

  4. Wait why donโ€™t you season the meat from the beginning and why do you just โ€œsprinkle meatโ€ instead of stuffing both the ricotta & meat in there? Girl Iโ€™m confused ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
