Introducing a simple yet flavorful Beef Spinach Risotto:
(4-5 servings)
📌 INGREDIENTS:
– 300g spinach
– 400g thinly sliced Shabu-Shabu beef
– 1 onion
– 2 tsp minced garlic
– 4 cups cooked rice
– 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
– 2 cups milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 1/2 tbsp butter
– 1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
📌INSTRUCTION:
1. Prep: Wash and chop spinach, slice onion, and prepare beef.
2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Sauté garlic and onion until golden brown, and add beef and cook 90%.
4. Grind spinach, parmesan cheese, milk, cream, and minced garlic in a mixer.
5. Add spinach mix to 3.
7. Cook until you get desired stickiness and season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve hot and enjoy the creamy goodness!
*I set aside some of the cooked beef to use as a topping for risotto.
