This video was my test batch last week. I gave it to friends to try and they gave me no improvement feedback. They said it was great. Based on looks alone what are we thinking?

If you wrote out the recipe and process for those beans… I wouldn’t be mad🤤

The nails and cooking combo makes me so uncomfortable

What’s the Scoville on this? Presentation looks great.

Jesus, the amount of butter in this version

People in the comments here are ridiculous. I liked your video op. Hope you take first place.

    Wow…looks like a flavor rollercoaster 🎢

With the exception of the avocado (I personally don’t like the taste of them), I absolutely love this. Your stock looked great and using it to cook the beans was awesome.

  8. Too much butter!

I kid. There’s no butter and that may be a mistake!

Looks great! I wish you had shared the recipe.

Color is bleak, the presentation in the end is – meh – 5/7.
Probably tastes OK though for chicken and probably some folks will love it over on tikworld.

I’m not hungry, I just ate. If this was put in front of me right now, I’d devour it all.

I would just say chop up that cilantro, for both presentation as well as taste and mouthfeel. But it looks great and very tasty and satisfying! Good luck! 👍

  12. you gotta season both and rub in both sides of the chicken before frying, this is some homecook stuff to only lightly season one side

An absolute favorite of mine, and I’ve had it in many forms. Yours is hands down one of the most delectable I’ve seen.

You probably only did this to present to tiktok audience, but really you should season the meat before searing instead of haphazardly and unevenly dusting over the pan. In this vid you can clearly see completely unseasoned parts of the skin.

Which then brings me to the question of why leave the skin on and bother with basting it at all? Its going to get shredded and slow cooked, so its not like you’re going for crispy skin. Might be a time-saving step you could eliminate.

But all that’s just me looking for constructive feedback to give you. On its own it looks very tasty!
