Here are some photos of three charcuterie centerpieces I created for my niece’s bridal shower. I was rushed that morning and threw things together hastily, which wasn’t ideal.

Looking back, I realize I should have spaced out the selections better and planned ahead more. I included so much food because they were intended to serve as centerpieces, meaning they would be consumed more readily (placing a platter of fruit, meats, and cheeses in front of most people leads to continuous grazing throughout the day, unlike a buffet where guests need to get up). Despite being added to the appetizer buffet (someone added homemade centerpieces bumping my platters), the majority of the food was still enjoyed.

Most importantly, the bride felt adored, which is all I really wanted.
