1238cal day !

Lunch: Black garlic chicken breast with some veg and cardamom rice
Snack 1: Pickles and babybel light
Dinner: Kake Udon with egg and mini oyster mushroom
Snack 2: Kara Mucho

Fitting in spicy crunchy snacks is sustaining me ngl lol.

Also is 200g of cooked udon really only ~300cal?
I find it so hard to believe. But I assume it’s because it’s already cooked and packaged versus the calories per dry udon? I used the Samlip Udon for context which is 141cal per 100g.
