Not sure if I belong in this group, I typically will eat between 1100-1400 calories a day before but I’m breastfeeding so I have to eat at least 1700 calories to try to maintain my supply (you are supposed to eat around 500calories extra) if you omit the Chick-fil-A sauce and the fries (don’t recommend) it would be an even 200 calories:) I weighed everything out. Lots of protein and it made me feel full and ready.

    We call it a burger bowl to trick the kids lol, but this is on repeat in our house! I make it with ground venison a lot (husband is a hunter), which is even a bit leaner.
