    Mauro Uiliassi is an incredible chef, and Marche is beautiful. I’m envious because you got to eat his food (and, because I am allergic to seafood, I never will). Screw the haters – it’s Italian, it’s food, you liked it, and it fits in this sub.

    I love how basically everyone is offended. This sub is just people gatekeeping the fuck out of Italian food. Like, an Italian chef, in Italy, on a sub called ItalianFood and people are upset…
