•ingredients i used (makes 6) 🥣 for the base -80g oat flour -60g water -3 tbsp sweetener -a dash of cinnamon for the chocolate layer -60ml hot almond milk -30g cocoa powder -3 tbsp sweetener for the peanut butter swirl -10g powdered peanut butter -20g water
•steps 🥣 -preheat oven to 350°F -spray muffin tin with nonstick -mix together the ingredients for the base together -press into muffin tin and bake for 10-12 minutes -mix ingredients for chocolate layer together -spoon into cooled oat cups -mix powdered peanut butter and water together -drop dollops of peanut butter onto oat cups; use a toothpick to swirl it -chill until set, and enjoy!
