* 4 Large Cloves Of Garlic
* 1 Large Shallot
* 1/2 Teaspoon Of Red Pepper Flakes
* 1/2 Stick Of Salted Butter
* Big Bunch Of Chopped Parsley
* Zest And Juice From 1 Lemon
* Zest From 1 Lemon
* 1 Cup Of Water
* 1 Cup Of White Wine
Pan Sear Shrimp And Remove Slightly Under Cooked
Add In The Shells With Olive Oil And Salt…Cook Until They Change Color Then Add Wine….Then Your Stock….Then Strain
In Generous Olive Oil Saute Your Veggies With Salt…Add Your Stock And Lower Heat
Add In Pieces Of The Cold Butter At A Time
Add In The Lemon Juice And Zest
Bring Heat To Medium Add Shrimp…Cook For 1 Minute Then Add The Pasta (2 Minutes Shy) And Parsley With Pasta Water
