They were just so perfect and beautiful in the store, I don’t usually buy them this big, and these bad boys just called out to me, but here’s the problem…I am a widow who lives alone. One of these I am going to roast whole with something balsamic and make it my main course. I’d love some different ideas for how to use the other one. I do ❤️❤️❤️ 🧅🧅🧅

    Beautiful specimens. Caramelize that baby and put it in bean dip or potato salad.

    Personally I would roast at least one of those whole and just eat it with a knife and fork 😁

    Then do it to the other one a week later!
