1 don’t know how accurate my logging is, but I’m thinking the calories I had today were in this ballpark.

I found The 1200 calorie page first which I think is too restrictive for me. I think 1500ish given that I work out like 3-4 times a week and I’m doing weights and introducing running back into my routine, works best for me and my life style. Let’s me eat a little more liberally.

I’m F-28- 175- 5’8. Would like to get to 150 by May, which if I stick to this should happen.

I work in the film industry where we have catered lunches. So tracking calories and getting healthy choices is going to be hard some days. Since Jan I’ve been doubling down on no soda and no sweets (February was hard cause of multiple birthdays) and no more soda and limited alcohol consumption.
