Chicken SEASONING:
4 Chicken legs (washed and scored)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning (with salt)
1 tsp black pepper
half a fresh lemon

Mixture to brush CHICKEN:
1 TBSP SRIRACHA
1 TBSP RUNNY HONEY

RICE:
2 Medium onions
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tin of washed and cooked green lentils
1 cup of washed basmati rice
4 tbsp cooking oil
fresh thyme
1 scotch bonnet

Salad:
1/2 red onion
1/4 large cucumber
small punch of fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sumac
half a fresh lemon
