Every so often I make 50 of these, cook some and put the rest in the freezer. They’re an absolute godsend when you’re hungry and only take about 10 mins in the pan from frozen.

I start them in a cold pan with a little oil on the bottom, wait till it starts sizzling and keep on medium for 4 mins, add a light cornstarch and water slurry with the lid on for 3 mins, take the lid off and turn up to med-high and they crisp up real nice.

Pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic, spring onion, white pepper, mirin, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil.
