Protein Oatmeal Bake, 197 cals

  1. At this point, I make this exact recipe weekly (recipe and directions provided in last photo). I cut the final product into 4 equal pieces so it comes out to 197 calories and 13g of protein. It’s a good sized piece, legitimately fills me up, and keeps me full for 2-3 hours. I have eaten a lot of oatmeal in my day but for whatever reason, even bulked up oatmeal usually has me feeling hungry an hour later! This is some sorcery 💕

  5. Does this NEED walnuts? If not that saves 25cal per piece down to 172
