Pandan coffee is a drink you have to try if you haven’t already. The vanilla-like floral notes of pandan pairs so well with the bold vibrant flavors of coffee! The recipe is actually quite simple, and in this [video](https://youtu.be/BOegLIBm4cM?si=eGmTusuwi52Xe-I5) I am going to show you how to make it using just 5 ingredients: pandan leaves, sugar (brown/white), coffee, milk, and water.

    Pandan Simple Syrup:

    – 1 part pandan leaves (fresh or frozen)

    – 1 part sugar (I use a mix of white/brown)

    – 1 part hot water

Directions: Combine all three in a blender and blend until well combined. Strain the mixture to get rid of any solids and then place in fridge until ready to use.

    Pandan Coffee Latte:

    – Desired amount of pandan simple syrup

    – 240 grams (1 cup) high quality milk

    – 200 grams (7 oz) of ice

    – 57 grams (2 oz) coffee (espresso, cold brew concentrate, or vietnamese drip coffee all work well)

    Directions:

    1. Mix the pandan simple syrup with your milk

    2. Add ice

    3. Top off with coffee

    4. Stir and enjoy 🙂

    Cheers!
