Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️
Ingredients-
– 300g Baby potato
– 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
– 1 tbsp Coriander
– Salt & Pepper
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 2 cloves grated garlic
– 1 spicy green chilli
Tadka
– 1/2 tbsp ghee
– 4-5 Curry Leaves
– 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Process
– Preheat the oven at 210 C
– Wash and clean the baby potatoes
– Add the potatoes to a pressure cooker
– Add water to the pressure cooker until it covers all the potatoes with some salt
– Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles till soft from the inside
– Place the boiled potatoes on a baking tray with parchment paper
– Smash the potatoes flat with a bowl and drizzle it with oil , salt and pepper
– Bake the potatoes for 20-25mins or until golden and crispy
– For the yogurt base, add greek yogurt,chopped green chilli, grated garlic, lime juice , salt and pepper
– Before mixing it , pour in the tadka on top of the dahi , that is oil, chilli powder and curry leaves
– Toss in the potatoes in our yogurt mix
– Garnish it with pomegranate and coriander and Enjoy!

Imagine crispy smashed potatoes with a spicy garlicky raita here’s my take on the trending smashed potato salad pressure cook the baby potatoes in salted water for four to five whistles until they are nice and tender in the meantime combine thick Greek yogurt with grated garlic lemon juice salt pepper
Chopped green chilies add a ghe Wala TKA of red chili powder and Curry leaves and give this a good mix smash the boiled potatoes add olive oil salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 210° C until the potatoes are nice and crispy crispy and golden brown toss the potato
In the yogurt mix serve garnish and enjoy
