My favorite way to start the weekend. I used a little more milk so it came out mushier than usual. Don’t think to hard about how it looks…I’ll post the recipe in comments if anyone is interestedby Vegetable_Cup3733 3 Comments Vegetable_Cup3733 1 year ago 1. Soak Weetabix in 0.5 cup milk (can substitute cereal for rolled oats, although I’m not sure the milk ratio needed)2. Add protein powder scoop and dash of baking powder. Mix together while adding in the rest of the milk (0.3-0.5 cup)3. Once a uniform consistency, transfer half of the mixture to an oven safe dish4. Litter in a couple frozen strawberries5. Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the center6. Layer the rest of the mixture on top7. Bake/airfry for 7-10 min at 350-375 degrees F8. Microwave a couple frozen strawberries for 1 minute to add syrup melt on top. Sometimes I add Greek yogurt9. Enjoy! SorrellD 1 year ago Fascinating.
