I normally just add spring onion and extra chilli to buldak kimchi or x2. Would be interesting to see what everyone else does to add to the flavor

    Egg, fried with runny yolk if I drain the broth, soft boiled with jammy middle if I eat it as soup. And definitely green onion

    With the 2x spicy I add a tablespoon of peanut butter at the end. OMG.

    With the pink: squirts of ginger and horseradish.

    Honestly ive never really thought of pimping out the buldak. I usually just go to them when im looking for that heat.

    But like regular maruchan, oh boy i feel like a regular van gogh when i fix that shit up.

    Onion/garlic powder, cumin, italian seasoning. Crack egg in boiling pot and slightly agitate

    I thought they were alphaghettis at first…

    I add in a bit of cream cheese with the sauce. mellows it out a little, and thickens it up too,

    I haven’t tried this one yet but I ordered some. I normally add chili garlic crisps and green onions. Sometimes I’ll stir fry some small pieces of onion and red peppers to add. Sometimes other chopped vegetables I have in the fridge.

    Tonight im adding pork spare ribs cooked in kimchijjigae, tofu, kimchi and probably going to be collards and broccoli for greens using the buldak kimchi.

    I add a tablespoon or two (if it’s a big batch) of powdered peanut butter. Turns into a good peanut sauce.

    Usually I’ll just add a fried egg on top and couple strips of bacon

    2x. While noods boil, saute up some green onions and ginger. Add noods, Crack an egg, sauce, quick stir fry at low heat.

    Add additional broken up nori and toasted sesame seeds in bowl.

    Also whenever I have some form of meat dish left over, I toss a bit of it in while stir frying. Always something new!

    – Green onions & fresno chilis sautéed in oil with hot chili flake
    – Freshly cooked noodles tossed on high heat with the onions and peppers before adding sauce so they soak up the oil
    – Extra buldak sauce, with sesame seeds and smidge of ghost pepper powder added
    – A small amount of sesame oil to finish
    – 3 runny eggs pan fried with oil, yolks broken in the bowl to coat the noodles
    – If I’m planning ahead, bulgogi marinated sirloin thinly sliced

    2X spicy with Diced chicken marinated in black vinegar and brown sugar, scallions, bean sprouts, fried egg, corn & sometimes chopped peanuts. Delish!!

    I usually just add some crushed habanero to mine. I’m too lazy to do more 🙂

    * A little mayo and kewpie sesame dressing whisked in (little by little). I don’t like egg yolk, so I use this to get a similar creamy effect

    * Rice cakes

    * Mushroom, corn, green onions

    * topped with dried seaweed and sesame seeds

    Typically I start by following the directions on the package, unlike you.

    Thinly sliced crispy pork belly, bean sprouts, sesame oil, and sliced Thai chili’s

  18. I add some chopped and stir fried onions, an egg (basically add it the moment I throw in the sauce and leave it half cooked, while scrambling it real well with the noodles and some cheese

    For carbonara, I do chives, mozzarella, and boiled eggs. Today I tried the curry flavor with SPAM and I don’t really recommend lol.

    Ignorant white boy here.

    What’s this? I love to cook and I’ve never heard of it.

    I wish I had a buddy in every region of every country to just go “bro this is what we cook when we cook the GOOD good stuff. Let me show you.”

    What’s good is that dried pork from the Asian markets

  24. Embarrassed_Cow

    I’m a bit unhinged with mine. I like to add sour cream, potentially a little cheddar cheese, chili crisp and… Parmesan shakey cheese. I know it’s gross but I like it.

    Grated parmigiana, rotisserie chicken (shredded), garlic (fresh), and some Carolina reaper.
