Hello everyone, i just started sketching my new coffee shop layout.
I was wondering if there is something i can do better, from your experience in this field
Really appreciate any feedback, its better to ask instead of realizing too late and wasting money you dont afford to waste 🙂

The main focus is the layout of the bar and the first room,, the rest will be discussed with a designer to optimize the space.

Thanks a lot!

Is your shop a brand new build or being set up in an existing building? You might consider opening up the space a bit more if possible. I think it would feel weird to order your coffee then move to a separate walled off room to sit and drink your coffee. I think of coffee shops I’ve been to recently and I can’t think of many (if any) that were not an open floor plan where you order and where you sit.

Clearly you’re not in the US, so this may not be pertinent advice: check with your health department about sinks and gap drains. Here, you would be required to have a separate hand washing station in the coffee bar area, which would have an impact on design. Is that a milk pitcher rinser? If not, get one of those—so nice to have.
